Key Responsibilities:
- Solution design, requirements implementation of contact center solutions using Salesforce.
- Development of Visualforce Pages and Lightning Components that forms the view layer of a custom page.
- Development of triggers, flow or code initiated by system events.
- Create dashboards, reports and workflows within Salesforce.
- Manage and migrate data to sandboxes and production environments.
- Perform ongoing system administration functions including configuration of security settings, user profiles etc
- Take ownership of issues in a timely manner and see it through to resolution.
- Create and Manage documentation relating to platform configuration and administration.
- Work with the team members to identify opportunities to improve the platform and related processes in order to drive improved efficiency and customer experience.
- Keep the stakeholders (e.g. the CCM, CCD and your manager) informed about the progress of your tasks, especially where deadlines or priorities are at risk.
Qualifications :
- Application development experience, Object Oriented programming, and related technologies (JavaScript, XML, HTML5, iOS, Android, Java, C++, ASP, SQL, Java, Ruby, C#, C++, etc.)
- You are willing to learn Salesforce programming language and development framework (APEX, Lightning Web Components)
- Understanding of system and data integration architecture and a good understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience and understanding of software development methodologies, e.g. Agile, Waterfall
- B.S. degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent years of professional experience in a relevant field
- General passion for technology trends, such as Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration
- Understanding of Technology Innovation and Ecosystems.
- Well-developed analytical skills with insights on key methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry.
- Prior consulting experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
